Which account do I choose on the giving screen?
On the online giving screen, you may give your tithe or offering by choosing the General Fund Tithe & Offering Fund. You may also give to BE THE CHANGE, our 3 year building campaign, by choosing the Be The Change Pledge Drive. You can't miss it because you must choose one or the other. Note: if you would like to make a long term commitment to our BE THE CHANGE campaign, please contact our Finance Office at 509-926-3254.
Can I schedule recurring donations?
Yes, you can specify whether you want your contribution made one time, weekly, every two weeks, twice per month, monthly, quarterly, or yearly. You can setup as many schedules as you like, so it is possible to give a monthly gift as well as a weekly one.
Will I still receive a contribution statement?
Yes, we will mail your year-end giving statement directly to your home address.
What if I change credit cards or want to adjust the date or amount of a contribution?
You can edit or delete a scheduled contribution at anytime, including the credit card, date, frequency, and amount.
Is online giving secure?
We have taken steps to ensure that the giving process is safe and secure. All your giving data is secured by SSL encryption, the same technology used by banks and e-commerce companies to keep your information safe and secure during transactions. In addition to SSL, the third-party website that hosts our online giving is tested and certified daily to pass the HACKER SAFE Security Scan.
